<br />I. Paul Lorenz, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the
<br />uncertainties of this mortal life do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament
<br />In words and figures as follows, to -wit:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my funeral expenses shall be paid out of insurance benefits received, either
<br />from the Plattdeutsch Verein or Sons of Herman, and that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay all
<br />of my other just debts, and expenses of my last illness out of the assets of my estate as soon as
<br />he can conveniently do so, or as soon as ordered by the Court.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Ricka Lorenz the real estate located at 1314�:West Front
<br />Street and described as Lots Seven and Eight (7 & 8) Block Thirteen (13), Bonnie Brae Addition to
