<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THOMAS M.DILLON
<br />I, Thomas M.Dillon, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />meatory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that
<br />is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, whether now owned by me or
<br />hereafter acquired, to my children, Mabel Foy, Margarette Harris, Winnie Campbell, Lillian Dillon,
<br />Anna Cotton, Conrad Dillon, Theodore Dillon, and Harold Dillon, share and share alike, the children
<br />of any deceased child to take by right of representation. If any of my said children should die
<br />without leaving issue, then his or her share shall be divided equally among my remaining children.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby name, nominate, and appoint my daughter Lillian Dillon, as executrix of this, my last
<br />will and testament.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of October, 1937•

<br />We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby certify that Thomas M.Dillon, the testator,

<br />testament, and we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have
<br />hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Thomas M.Dillon, deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
