<br />set off unto them, in accordance with the terms of said last will and testament of William Spangen-
<br />berg, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that with respect to the last two pieces of ,real estate above described,
<br />said Grand Island Trust Company, as trustee, under its assignment of rents and profits shall have
<br />the possession of said real estate, shall collect the rents arld profits, pay the interest on the
<br />mortgage, make part payments on the mortgage according to the terms thereof, keep the premises in
<br />repair, pa.y the insurance and taxes, all out of the receipts and to the extent of the receipts,
<br />and pay any surplus remaining in monthly installments to Ruth Ross during her lifetime, and when
<br />the mortgage shall have been paid off to surrender the possession of said real estate to the said
<br />Ruth Ross, or to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said Grand Island Trust Company,
<br />as executor, shall make, execute and deliver an Executor's deed tbo said Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 40,
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, to Ruth Ross for life, with re-
<br />mainder over upon her death to her children, to -wit, Mabel AAmend, Elizabeth Ann Ross, Annamarie
<br />Kull, Dorothy Ruth Ro;s and William C.S.Ross, share and share alike, and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, subject to all the encumbrances of record, and subject to the provisions that said Grand
<br />Island Trust Company shall have the right to retain the possession of said property and receive
<br />the rents and profits therefrom until the mortgage and other liens upon said premises, if any,
<br />shall be paid in full; that in default of the making, execution and delivery of said executor's
<br />deed, this decree shall stand as said deed. It is further ordered that for its services in hand-
<br />ling said real estate hereafter, as said trustee, said Grand Island Trust Company shall be entitled
<br />to a reasonable fee.
<br />And now, said Grand Island Trust Company, executor, having accepted the possession of said
<br />premises and having reported that it has made, executed and delivered, by record in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, an executor's deed as hereinbefore provided,
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that said estate of William Spangenberg,
<br />deceased, is hereby closed and said Grand Island Trust Company is discharged as Executor.

<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign

<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
