64-0 <br />FOURTH. <br />After the termination of the life estate of my wife and the life estate of my daughter, or in <br />the event of the death of my daughter before my death, then I give, devise and bequeath unto my <br />grandchildren all my real and personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever to them equally, <br />share and share alike to them and their heirs and assigns forever. <br />FIFTH. <br />I hereby designate and request the appointment of the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, as executor of this My Last Will and Testament and in the administration of my estate, <br />I give said executor full right and lawful-authority to sell and dispose of any property which I <br />may own at the time of my death, in the event it shall consider it for the best interest of my <br />estate to do so and in the event that said sale shall be approved by the County Judge and counsel <br />for the executor, and to invest the proceeds derived from said sale in some good first —class se- <br />curities and to pay the interest derived therefrom to my wife and daughter, the same as if no <br />change had been made in the property which I own at the time of my death. <br />SIXTH. <br />I request the executor to employ Messrs.
