<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM SPANGENBERG
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />I, William Spangenberg of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,
<br />but not unmindful of the possibility of death, do make, declare and publish this my Last Will and
<br />Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and hereby solemnly making, declaring and
<br />publishing this to be my Last Wiil and Testament.
<br />FIRST.
<br />In the event of my death, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first
<br />paid out of my estate.
<br />In the event of her death before my death or subsequent thereto, after the termination of her
<br />life estate, then I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Ruth Ross, a life.use of all my
<br />real and personal property as long as she shall live.
<br />SECOND.
<br />After the payment
<br />of said debts and funeral expenses,
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
<br />Anna Spangenberg, in
<br />the event she survives me, a life use
<br />of all my real and personal property of
<br />every kind and nature
<br />whatsoever which I may own at the
<br />time of my death, the intention being
<br />hereby that she shall
<br />have the income, rents and profits
<br />of said property during her lifetime.
<br />THIRD.
<br />In the event of her death before my death or subsequent thereto, after the termination of her
<br />life estate, then I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Ruth Ross, a life.use of all my
