<br />Southwest quarter (SWj) of Section Thirty (30),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M.in Hall County,Nebraska;that more than two (2) years have elapsed since the time of
<br />the death of the said Charles Stoeger,deceased,and no application for the appointment of an ad-
<br />ministrator of his estate has been made in the State of Nebraska by his heirs or persons claiming
<br />to be creditors of said estate ;that the said Charles Stoeger left surviving him the following
<br />named persons as his sole and only heirs at law,to -wit:
<br />Anna Stoeger,surviving widow,your petitioner herein
<br />DeVerne Stoeger,a son
<br />Cleo Stoeger,a son
<br />Glen Stoeger,a son,all of said heirs being residents of LeGrange,Wyoming.
<br />That the said deceased left no other child or ehildren,nor any child or children of any deceased
<br />child surviving ;that all of said heirs with the exception of Glen Stoeger,who is a minor of the
<br />age of fifteen (15) years,are of legal age.
<br />The court further finds that the petitioner,Anna Stoeger,is the owner of an undivided interest in
<br />said real estate as alleged in her petition herein,and is one of the heirs at law of the said
<br />Charles Stoeger,deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the facts herein stated are judicially establish-
<br />ed as true ;that the said Charles Stoeger died intestate as aforesaid,being the owner of an undiv-
<br />ided two- twenty - firsts (2/21) interest in the real estate hereinbefore described ;that his death
<br />took place more than two years prior to the commencement of this proceeding,and that no proceeding
<br />has been had for the administration of his estate in the State of Nebraska,and all his undivided
<br />interest in the real estate hereinbefore described is hereby assigned and set over to the said
<br />heirs at law,in the following shares,to -wit:
<br />Anna Stoeger,surviving widow,your petitioner herein,an undivided two- sixty -third (2/63) interest
<br />To each of said other heirs above named,being the children of said deceased,an undivided four -
<br />one hundred - eighty -ninth (4/189) interest,
<br />as of the date of the death of the said Charles Stoeger,deceased.
