<br />that all of said personal property under the terms of said Will passed and descended to the
<br />children of James B.Lesher, deceased, share and share alike as above set forth, and the said
<br />property is hereby awarded to them.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims allowed against said Estate have been paid; that the
<br />legacy provided for Mary A.Lesher under said Will has been settled, paid, and her receipt therefor
<br />has been filed with this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said'Estate have been fully paid; that the
<br />funeral expenses, expenses of the last illness, Court costs, costs of administration, and Attorney
<br />fees have been paid by the Executrices of said Estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Estate has been appraised for Inheritance Tax but that the
<br />said Estate is not subject to Inheritance Tax under the Laws of the State of Nebraska or of the
<br />United States.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the property hereinbefore des-

<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct trans-
<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authori zed to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said-Seal and of the Records
<br />of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />cribed in Item Two of the Last Will of James B.Lesher shall pass and descend to Gertrude Lesher
<br />in absolute title, subject to the condition that she shall not sell or mortgage the 991 acre farm
<br />described in said Item Two for five years after the death of James B.Lesher.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the property described in Item
<br />Three of the Last Will of James B.Lesher shall pass and descend to Rosa Starr in accordance with
<br />the terms and provisions of Items Three, Four and Five of said Will.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the property described in Item
<br />Four of said Will shall pass and descend to Carl Lesher in absolute title subject to the restric-
<br />tions and provisions contained in Item Four and Five of said Will.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all of the remainder of the Real
<br />Estate, (except the home described as Lots 13 and 15 in Block 10, College Addition to West Lawn,
<br />bequeathed to Mary A.Lesher) and all of the personal property belonging to the said James B.
<br />Lesher shall pass and descend to Rosa Starr, Gertrude Lesher, and Carl Lesher in equal shares
<br />to each, and said property is hereby awarded to them.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that, upon the Executrices filing
<br />receipts for the distributive shares of the personal property, as hereinbefore set forth, their
<br />bond shall be released and that they shall be discharged as Executrices and that the Estate of
<br />James B.Lesher, deceased, be closed and settled. Paul N.Kirk
