<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 4th day of May 1940, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of James B.
<br />Lesher, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of July, 1940, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said James B.Lesher, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this
<br />25th day of July, 1940.

<br />JAMES B.LESHER, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 13th. day of February, 1941, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />of Rosa Starr and Gertrude Lesher, Executrices of the Estate and Last Will and Testament of James
<br />B.Lesher, Deceased, after due notice of the filing of their report, and of the time and place
<br />appointed for the hearing thereon, as required by order of this Court, and no one appeared to
<br />object to or protest the allowance of said report.
<br />After a full examination of said report, the Court finds that the same is correct and ought
<br />to be allowed; that the executrices have accounted for all property of said deceased coming into
<br />their hands or under their control; and that there remains in their hands for distribution the
<br />sum of One Hundred Fifty -Nine Dollars twenty -five cents ($159.25) together with certain notes,
<br />accounts receivable and shares of stock fully set forth in their Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice was given to the creditors of said deceased as to the
<br />time allowed, and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so allowed
<br />has expired; that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and satisfied; and that
<br />all outstanding claims against said estate not filed within the time allowed, if any such exist,
<br />are barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the report of the said Rosa Starr and Gertrude
<br />Lesher, Executrices of said Estate, be approved and allowed and that they shall be discharged as
<br />such executrices upon their filing receipts with this Court from the Legatees under said Will
<br />showing payment of the bequests and distributive shares as provided in said Will.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from setting up any
<br />claims or demands against the estate of James B.Lesher, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James B.Lesher departed this life on the 16th day of
<br />November, 1939; that he was at the time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />he left a Last Will and Testament, which \vas duly allowed and admitted to probate in this Court
<br />on the 25th. day of July, 1940.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James B.Lesher left surviving him the following heirs -
<br />at -law, and only heirs -at -law Mary A.Lesher,his widen; Gertrude Lesher and Rosa 'Starr, his daughters,
<br />and Carl Lesher, his son; that the above named daughters and son are children by a former mar-
<br />riage of the said James B.Lesher, and that the widow,Mary A.Lesher, is not the mother of said
<br />children.
<br />The Court further finds that previous to the marriage of James B.Lesher and Mary A.Lesher
<br />on or about the 29th day of September, 1923, they entered into an ante - nuptial contract and agree-
