<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of Joanna Walker, Deceased.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF BUFFALO COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 21st day of March, A.D., 1941, it being the day fixed for
<br />approving the administrator's final account and hearing on his petition for final settlement and
<br />determination of heirship, it appearing from proofs on file that due notice was given by publica-
<br />tion of the time and place heretofore fixed for said hearing, and the evidence, and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds:
<br />1. That Joanna Walker died intestate on the 24th day of May, A.D., 1940, a resident of Buffalo
<br />County, Nebraska; that she left surviving her as her heirs at law and next of kin, the following
<br />named persons, to -wit:
<br />Sylvia M.Dawson, a daughter,
<br />Dudley C.Stubblefield, a grandson
<br />Myrtle Z.Stubblefield, a granddaughter
<br />Elma M.Watson, a granddaughter
<br />Lenora M.Stubblefield, a granddaughter
<br />children of Daisy Stubblefield, a deceased daughter.
<br />Donald J.Walker, a grandson
<br />Joanna M.Spahr, a granddaughter
<br />Marjorie E.Spahr, a granddaughter
<br />children of Jesse C.Walker, a deceased son.
<br />all of legal age; that she left no husband, other living children, or other living issue of any
<br />deceased children, and that the above named persons are the sole and only heirs of her estate, and
<br />the only persons interested therein.
<br />2. That on the 22nd day of June, A.D., 1940, L.F.Haug was duly appointed administrator of said
<br />estate, qualified as,,such, and has been acting in said capacity ever since.
<br />3. That due notice was given to the creditors of the time limited within which to file their
<br />claims; that such time has fully expired; that all claims filed against said estate, including
<br />the expenses of the last illness of the decedent, funeral expenses and costs of administration,
<br />except the filing fee of this decree, have been paid in full; that the further presentation of
<br />claims against said estate is forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of
<br />Nebraska, and no estate tax due the United States of America.
<br />4. That the report of the administrator filed herein is in all things true and correct, and
<br />should be approved and allowed as and for his final report; that all of the personal property has
<br />been sold and converted into cash; that there remains in his hands for distribution, a balance of
<br />$1169.54.
<br />5. That the said Joanna Walker died seized and possessed of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lots 5 and 6, in Block la, Parkview Addition to the village of Shelton, Buffalo County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />37 acres in the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, in Township 9, North of
<br />Range 13, West of the 6th P.M., in Buffalo County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing
<br />at a point on the section line between Sections-1 and 12 of said Township and Range, 123 rods
<br />west of the northeast corner of said quarter section, and running south 160 rods to the south
<br />line of said quarter section; thence west 37 rods to the section line between Sections 11 and
<br />12 of said Township and Range; thence north 160 rods to the northwest corner of said Section
<br />12; thence east 37 rods to the place of beginning, containing 37 acres more or less, accord-
<br />ing to the government survey.
<br />The South half of the Southwest quarter of Section 19, in Township 9, North of Range 12,
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court:
<br />1.
<br />That the report of the administrator, L.F.Haug, filed herein, be and the same is hereby in all
<br />things approved and allowed as and for his final account.
