<br />provided, that the receipts of Minnie Sass, Henry Schirkofsky, Bertha Wright, Fred Schirkofsky,
<br />Charles Schirkofsky, and of Norman Mildenstein and Irma Meyer, Guardians for Annie Mildenstein,
<br />incompetent, have been filed, accepting the distribution it full and complete satisfaction of all
<br />of their interests in the personal property of said Wilhelm Schirkofsky, deceased:
<br />The Court further finds that Wilhelm Schirkofsky at the time of his death was the owner in
<br />fee simple of the following described real estate.
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to Lot Two`(2) in Block Ninety -four (94) in the Original
<br />Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided two - thirds interest in and to Lot Six (6),, Block Three (3) of Joehnek's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, the real estate above described passed
<br />and descended to Minnie Sass, Fred Schirkofsky, Bertha Wright, Henry Schirkofsky, Annie Mildenstein,
<br />and Charles Schirkofsky, an undivided one -sixth each.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Henry
<br />Schirkofsky, administrator of the estate of Wilhelm Schirkofsky, deceased, be, and the same hereby
<br />Is, in all things, approved and allowed; that said Henry Schirkofsky is hereby discharged from his
<br />trust as such administrator of said estate and the surety on his official bond is released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate,
<br />not filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
<br />follows:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to Lot Two (2) in Block Ninety -four (94) in the
<br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall County, state of Nebraska,
<br />and
<br />An undivided two - thirds interest in and to Lot Six (6) in Block Three (3) of Joehnek's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, state of Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended, under the laws of the state of Nebraska, to Minnie Bass, Fred Schirkofsky,
<br />Bertha Wright, Henry Schirkofsky, Annie Mildenstein, and Charles Schirkofsky, an undivided one-
<br />sixth each.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILHELM SCHIRKOFSKY, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now re-
<br />maining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Aecord having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
