<br />Wilhelm Schirkofsky, Deceased. )
<br />This cause came on for hearing on the 15th day of January, 1941, upon the final account and
<br />petition of Henry Schirkofsky, administrator.
<br />The Court finds that Wilhelm Schirkofsky departed this life on the 9th day of April, 1939, and
<br />was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska that he died intestate, and left surviving
<br />him the following heirs at law:
<br />Minnie Sass, a daughter,
<br />Fred Schirkofsky, a son,
<br />Bertha Wright, a daughter,
<br />Henry Schirkofsky, a son,
<br />Annie Mildenstein, a daughter,
<br />Charles Schirkofsky, a son.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of April, 1939, a petition for letters of admin-
<br />istration was filed herein, and hearing had thereon on the 10th day of May, 1939, and on said date
<br />Henry Schirkofsky was duly appointed and qualified as administrator of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice of the time and place for hearing on the final
<br />report has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided by law, and the Court
<br />finds that said account is in all respects true and correct.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice has been given as by law required, to creditors, and
<br />all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been-paid, and that there was no Federal
<br />inheritance tax and no state inheritance tax to be paid, and that all expenses of administration
<br />have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that distribution of the personal property has been made as by law
