SIXTH: The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution said
<br />property descends as follows, to -wit: After payment of all debts, claims, expenses and costs of
<br />administration, all the remaining property, both real and personal descends in fee simple and
<br />absolute title to Edward Carpenter and Belle Benda in equal shares.
<br />SEVENTH: The'Court further finds that on the 13th day of July, 1940, an order of this Court
<br />was made barring all claims not filed against said estate; that all debts and claims against said
<br />estate and the costs of administration in said estate have been paid and that there remains no
<br />money in the hands of the said administrator.
<br />EIGHTH: The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all
<br />debts, claims, costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions
<br />allowed the heirs -at -law in said estate that there is no inheritance tax due and payable to,the
<br />County Treasurers of Polk, Butler or Hall Counties, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the Ad-
<br />ministrator in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further that
<br />Edward Carpenter and Belle Benda are all and the only heirs -at -law of said deceased, and that the
<br />property described in paragraph FIFTH hereof descends according to the laws of descent and dist-
<br />ribution of Nebraska as found in paragraph SIXTH of this decree; further that the said administrator
<br />having fully discharged the duties of his office and the administration of said estate being com-
<br />pleted, that an order of discharge be issued to the said administrator out of and under seal of
<br />this Court.

<br />I, Jens Peter Staal, of Merrick County, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in the manner and form following:

<br />I direct that qll of my just debts and the expense of my last sickness and funeral expenses be
<br />paid out of my personal property during the administration of my estate.
<br />Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my four daughters, Anna Rickert, Katharine Dove, Elena Staal
<br />and Laura Staal, all of my estate, both real and personal, share and share alike.
