<br />inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one- fourth (1/4) interest in the Southwest Quarter (SWU of Section Twenty -two
<br />(22), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,and
<br />Miscellaneous securities and cash of the value of approximately $4500.00.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment, said property descends as follows, to -wit. To Charles D.Searson, as Trustee, to be sold
<br />and converted by him into cash and after deducting $1,000.00 in full payment and compensation for
<br />his services and expenses of Administration, the proceeds to be divided as follows: To Jennie
<br />Searson Kennedy when she reaches 25 years of age; an undivided one - third; to Ruby Searson Rau
<br />when she reaches 25 years of age, an undivided one- third; and to Edna Searson Jurgens when she
<br />reaches 25 years of age, an undivided one - third.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />The Court further finds that the time has expired for the filing of claims, and that all just
<br />debts and claims against said estate have been fully paid and all persons are hereby barred and
<br />enjoined from presenting any further claims against this estate, that said Executor has made
<br />frill and complete distribution of said estate ur�o the parties entitled thereto.
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate, all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the
<br />legatees and devisees in said estate, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and to the United States of America no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the Executor
<br />Charles D.Searson, in said estate, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further
<br />that Charles D.Searson, Jennie Searson Kennedy, Ruby Searson Rau and Edna Searson Jurgens are all
<br />and the only legatees, devisees and cestui que trust of said deceased, and that the property des-
<br />cribed in paragraph Sixth hereof descends according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will
<br />and Testament and the finding of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this decree; further that the
<br />said Charles D.Searson, Executor, has made full and complete administration and distribution of
<br />said estate and that he is hereby therefore discharged as such Executor out of and under seal of
<br />this Court and his bond released.
