<br />probate of this will and the administration of my estate as well as the administration of said
<br />funds, he shall hold the same in trust and shall distribute the same as provided for in the hex&
<br />paragraph.
<br />When my daughter, Jennie, reaches the age of twenty -five (25) years, he shall pay her one -third
<br />(1/3) of the net funds in his hands; when my daughter, Ruby, reaches the age of twenty -five (25)
<br />years, he shall pay her one -third (1/3) of the net funds in his hands, and when my daughter,Edna,
<br />reaches the age of twenty -five (25) years, he shall pay her one -third (1/3) of the net funds in
<br />his hands.
<br />When he makes settlement with said legatees, he shall hold back from their respective shares
<br />enough to pay the proportionate share of the Court Costs incident to the settlement of said 'trust
<br />fund.
<br />I have made no other provision for my children for the reason that I feel the foregoing is the
<br />fairest, most just and safest provision that can be made for them or any of them.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />8th day of December, 1932, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Albert
<br />Searson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That :on the 3rd day of January, 1933,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Albert Searson deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court further finds that the deceased at the time of his death was a widower and that he
<br />left the following heirs at law: Jennie Searson Kennedy, a daughter, Ruby Searson Rau, a daughter,
<br />and Edna Searson Jurgens, a daughter, all being married women.
<br />FIFTH
<br />That on the 3rd day of January, 1933, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months from and after the 7th day of February, 1933, in which to.file their claims against said
<br />estate and fixing May 9, 1933, at 9 o'clock A.M. at the office of the County Judge of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as the time and place for hearing on claims filed against said estate, and further
<br />ordering that a notice of the same be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper
<br />printed and published in said County, three successive weeks prior to the 7th day of February,
<br />1933, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this
<br />Court.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14th day of January, 1933, the said Charles D.Searson,
<br />Executor, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said
