<br />An undivided one -fifth interest in and to Lot 6, Block 80, Original Town, now City, of Grand
<br />Island.,
<br />An undivided interest in and to all real estate belonging to the estate of the said Caroline
<br />Vieregg,deceased, including Lots 7 and 9, Block 31, Charles Wasmer's Addition to Grand Island,
<br />all being in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that Louise Lorentzen departed this life in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on June 16, 1940, being a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she left no last
<br />will and testament; that she was at the time of her death a widow woman and left surviving her the
<br />said Alma Keller, a daughter of full age, residing at Grand Island,Hall County, Nebras�k-a, as her
<br />sole and only heir at law, and that the real and personal property aforesaid should be assigned
<br />and distributed to the said Alma Keller as such heir at law.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of the said Adminis-
<br />tratrix be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, and the said Administratrix discharged
<br />from her trust; that the personal property hereinbefore described be and the same is hereby
<br />assigned and distributed to the said Alma Keller, sole heir at law of the said Louise Lorentzen,
<br />deceased, and the real estate of which the said Louise Lorentzen died seized to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -fifth interest in and to Lot 6, Block 80,0riginal To-ATn, now City of Grand Island,
<br />An undivided interest in all real estate belonging to the estate of the said Caroline Vieregg,
<br />deceased, including Lots 7 and 9, Block 31, Charles Wasmer's Addition to Grand Island,
<br />all being in Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same is hereby assigned and distributed to the said
<br />Alma Keller as the sole heir at law of the said Louise Lorentzen, deceased, in fee simple. ,
