Thereupon evidence was duly introduced, and the <br />Court being fully advised in the premises finds from a careful examination of said account and <br />from a consideration of the evidence that the said final account is true and correct and should <br />be approved by the Court. <br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had herein for the filing, ascertain- <br />ment and allowance of claims against said estate; that a time and place for filing such claims <br />has been duly fixed by order of the Court herein and due notice given to all creditors and other <br />persons interested in said estate by publication as required by law; that the said time has ex- <br />pared, that no claims have been filed, and that all debts and demands against the said estate, <br />including funeral expenses and the expenses of administration, have been fully paid, and that <br />all claims, debts, and demands against the said estate, not filed herein, should be and are hereby <br />forever barred and foreclosed. The Court further finds that no part of the said estate is subject <br />to the payment of Inheritance Taxes. <br />The Court further finds that the bond of United Investment Corporation described in the invent- <br />ory herein consisted in fact of Certificates Nos. 271 and 272 for an aggregate of 126 shares of <br />the stock of United Securities Corporation issued to Louise Lorentzen and Alma E.Keller, as joint <br />tenants, with runt of strvivorship, and that the s,�me constitutes no part of the said estate. <br />That the bond described in the said inventory as the bond of Foreman Securities Company was in <br />fact Certificate of Deposit No.256 issued by George M.Foreman & Company to Louise Lorentzen, cer- <br />tifying that a bond of $500.00 of the Kedzie Avenue 3uilding Corporation had been deposited with <br />George M.Foreman & Company under the provisions of an agreement of September 30,1939,referred to <br />therein. <br />The Court further finG.s that the said Administratrix has been unable to dispose of the Cer- <br />tificate of Deposit aforesaid and has been unable to receive the amounts due to the estate of the <br />said Louise Lorentzen as her distributive share in the pending estate of Caroline Vieregg,d.eceased, <br />and that the said Administratrix now has on hands for distribution the said Certificate of Deposit <br />and the undivided distributive share and interest of the said Louise Lorentzen in the estate of <br />Caroline Vieregg, deceased,pending in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that the said Louise Lorentzen died seized of the following interests <br />
