<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />Harry C.Faidley, Deceased. )
<br />This cause came on for hearing the 29th day of January, 1941, and was by consent of parties
<br />continued to the 10 day of February, 1941.
<br />This cause came on further to be heard on this 10 day of February, 1941, upon the final report
<br />and supplement thereto of Lloyd H.Faidley and The First National Bank of Grand Island,Executors
<br />of the last will and testament of Harry C.Faidley, deceased, and upon their application for final
<br />settlement and discharge as executors, the Court finds that due and legal notice as by law pro-
<br />vided, has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for
<br />hearing upon said report, and as ordered by the Court.
<br />There being no objections on file, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers and
<br />all other proceedings herein, and the testimony in support thereof, and being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that said report is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said Executors.
<br />The Court finds that Harry C.Faidley departed this life on the 9th day of February, 1931, and
<br />at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that Harry C.Faidley left surviving him, as his sole and only surviving heirs
<br />at law, his widow, Della Faidley; Harvey F.Faidley, his father, Malinda S.Faidley, his mother,
<br />and Lloyd H.Faidley, a brother; that said. deceased left no child or children surviving him.
<br />That Della Faidley, his widow, was named in his last will and testament as one of the executors,
<br />and she was appointed and qualified as such, and that she departed this life on the 18th day of
<br />September, 1939, and that no successor was appointed in her place, and that said Lloyd H.Faidley
<br />and The First National Bank of Grand Island continued from the date'of the death of Della Faidley
<br />as to sole acting and qualified executors of said estate.
<br />The Court finds that on the 14th day of February, 1931, Della Faidley and Lloyd H.Faidley
<br />filed a petition herein for the probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and
<br />testament of Harry C.Faidley, deceased, and that due notice as ordered by the Court was given of
<br />the filing of said petition and the date fixed for hearing thereon, to -wit: March 11, 1931, all
<br />as by law provided, and that on said date said instrument was proven, allowed, and admitted to
<br />probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament,of Harry C.Faidley, deceased, and
<br />letters testamentary were issued to Della Faidley, Lloyd H.Faidley, and The First National Bank
<br />of Grand Island,Nebraska, and each and all qualified as such executors.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />for filing of claims against said estate and that the time fixed for filing claims has fully
<br />expried, and all persons having claims not filed herein against said estate, if any such there be,
<br />are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court finds that all claims filed and allowed by the Court, and all expenses of administra-
