<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said
<br />Alvina Steinhagen, Administratrix of the Estate of Henry Steinhagen, Deceased, be, and the same
<br />hereby is, in all things, allowed and approved as and for the Final Report of said Administratrix
<br />and said Estate settled and closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims - against
<br />said estate,if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Administratrix assign to each
<br />of the heirs -at -law their respective interests in Certificates of Deposits No. 131277 and No.
<br />131903 issued by the First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, after using $183.07 thereof
<br />for payment of the balance of administrative costs, expenses and claims, to each in the amount
<br />hereinabove set forth.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinabove
<br />described passed and descended to Alvina Steinhagen, an undivided one -half thereof, and to Bertha
<br />Bunning, Mary Schmidt and Charley Steinhagen, each an undivided one -sixth thereof, to have and to
<br />hold the same forever, in fee simple absolute.

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED: That on the 13th day of January, 1941, Emil L.Scheer, Administrator of the
<br />Estate of Anna Scheer, deceased, filed in this Court his final account as such administrator
<br />and a petition praying that said account be allowed; for a decree of heirship, an order of dis-
<br />tribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge.
