� �J �bg ��, <br />1 Fim 11 We i 2 L <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600.12 -86 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />HENRY STEINHAGEN, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 29th day of January, 1941, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of <br />Alvina Steinhagen, Administratrix of the Estate of Henry Steinhagen, deceased, and upon the petition <br />of said Administratrix for the allowance and approval of said report, settlement of said estate, <br />and discharge herein and the court having examined the records and files herein and being fully <br />advised in the premises finds that'due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time <br />and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon this report, together with the vouchers on file, <br />finds that said Report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved <br />and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Administratrix, said estate settled and closed <br />and said Administratrix discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Steinhagen departed this life on the 20th day of <br />May, 1940, and at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />that he left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, his wife, Alvina Steinhagen, <br />and two sisters and one brother, to -wit: Bertha Bunning, Mary Schmidt and Charley Steinhagen; that <br />the said Henry Steinhagen died intestate and that upon petition duly made his said estate was ad, <br />mitted to probate and letters of administration were duly issued to the said Alvina Steinhagen on <br />June 19, 1940. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and the time so <br />fixed has fully expired and that all persons h ^ving claims against the estate and not filed within <br />the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such <br />claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said Administratrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, <br />all debts against said estate, and the costs of these proceedings; finds that among the assets of <br />said estate were two Certificates of Deposit issued by the First National Bank of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, one, No.131277 being for $1,400.00 and maturing April 3, 1940, and the other, No.131903, <br />being for $1,000.00 and maturing November 22, 1940; that interest in the sum of $48.00 has accrued <br />on said Certificates and that there is now $2449.00 due and accrued thereof; that said Certificates <br />have been lost and destroyed and after diligent investigation cannot be found; that after exhausting <br />all personal property of said estate for payments of claims filed and allowed against said estate <br />It -.Aras necessary to assign $183.07 of the amount due on said Certificates to the Administratrix <br />to pay the balance of the costs and administrative expenses, leaving a balance of $2,264.93 to be <br />distributed and assigned to the heirs -at -law of the decedent according to their respective in- <br />terests, to -wit: one -half thereof, or $1,132.46 to Alvina Steinhagen and one -sixth thereof, or <br />$377.49 each to Bertha Bunning, Mary Schmidt and Charley Steinhagen, and the Administratrix is <br />ordered and directed to assign said amounts to each of the heirs accordingly. <br />The Court further finds that said estate of the deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United <br />States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Steinhagen died seized as the owner by fee simple <br />title of the following real estate in Hall County, gebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) Block Thirty -one (31),Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said real estate passed and descended to Alvina Steinhagen, an <br />J <br />1 <br />
