<br />The court further finds that the deceased died testate on May 15, 1940, a resident of said
<br />Hall County and was seized in fee simple at the time of her death of Lot Four (4), in Block Seven-
<br />teen (17) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, and that she
<br />died owning the following chosen in action:
<br />(a) Note of R.S.Wenger and Helen D.Wenger for $300.00 dated May 14, 1937 due April 15, 1940
<br />bearing interest at 7% per annum from date on which a payment of principal in the sum of $50.00
<br />was made, secured by a mortgage on Lots 201 and 202 in West Lawn, an addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded in Book 70 at page 500.
<br />(b) Judgment of foreclosure and sale in Case No. 9257 entered December 13, 1940 in the sum of
<br />$256.38 with interest from December 13, 1940 at seven per cent per annum in District Court of
<br />said Hall County in which Alvin Dickens is plaintiff and Harry Grimminger et al., are defendants
<br />covering Lot 1, in Block 10 in John W.LamUerfs Addition to said City of Grand Island.
<br />(c) Contract made by deceased to sell to Hernon H.Fay and Lucille L.Fay Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, ,5, 6,
<br />9 and 10 all in Geer's Sub- division of Lots 6, 7 and S of Garrett s subdivision of part of East
<br />Half of Section 9, Township 11, North,Ra.nge 9 West of the 6 P.M. in said Hall County;
<br />The court further finds that all legacies under the will have been paid and that the tangible
<br />personal property and household effects of the deceased have been distributed and divided among
<br />the residuary legatees and devisees, namely: Marguerite Parks, Mable Collison, Henry Wellenreiter,
<br />referred to in the will as Henry Welrider, and Alvin Dickens and that the real estate above dws-
<br />cribed in Rollins Addition and the note,judgment and contract, for the sale of lots described in
<br />paragraphs (a),(b) and (e) passed and descended under the last will of the deceased and the statute
<br />of wills of Nebraska equally share and share alike to said residuary devisees and legatees above
<br />awned and that the executor of said estate has assigned said note J udgment and real estate contract
<br />at (a), (b) and (c) above to said legatees pursuant to the order of the court and in accordance
<br />herewith; the court finds that said lots in Geer's Subdivision above were,not the homestead of
<br />the deceased and that the deceased also went by the name of Anna K.Bullis and that she is one and
<br />the same person as Anna K.Bullis.
<br />The court further finds that no estate remains for distribution; that the will has been fully
<br />executed and the estate fully administered and that the executor should be discharged of his trust
<br />and his bond released.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, by the court; that said final account and report
<br />of said executor be, and it is allowed and approved; that all debts and claims against the estate
<br />of the deceased which have been filed and allowed by the court have been fully paid and that all
<br />outstanding claims, if any there be, which have not been filed and allowed by the court are forever
<br />barred and enjoined from setting the same up against said estate or making claim thereon; that
<br />said estate and the succession thereto are not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />Nebraska; that said Lot 4 in Block 17 in said Rollins' Addition above described passed and descended
<br />in fee simple under the last will of the deceased and the statute of wills of Nebraska to said
<br />Marguerite Parks, Ma.ble Collison, Henry Wellenreiter and Alvin Dickens and the same is so awarded
<br />to them and that the note, judgment and contract of sale by the deceased described in paragraphs
<br />(a),(b) and (c) above passed and descended to said four devisees above named and that the same have
<br />been. assigned to them by said executor; that all legacies under the will have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied; that the personal property has been distributed and divided among the legatees named
<br />above; that the estate has been fully administered and the will fully executed and the executor is
<br />hereby discharged of his trust and his bond released.

<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
