<br />descendants of any deceased beneficiaries hereunder, by representation, shall take the share or
<br />shares of any such beneficiary or beneficiaries hereunder that may die before me leaving no des-
<br />cendant or descendants surviving at my death.
<br />ITEM THREE.
<br />I nominate and appoint my nephew, Alvin Dickens, of Bluff, Illinois, executor of this; my last
<br />will end testament and direct that he be not required to give bond or surety as such executor.

<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 6th day of June, A.D. 1940.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 20th day of May, 1940, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna
<br />Bullis, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 6th day of June, 1940, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna Bullis, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 22nd day of January, 1941, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />and account of Alvin Dickens, as executor of the estate of Anna Bullis, deceased, and the court
<br />finds from the proofs on file herein that legal notice, as by law and the order of this court
<br />required, has been given to all persons interested of the filing of said final account and the
<br />time and place of hearing thereon; that no objections have been filed to said final account and
<br />report and that the same is correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds from the proofs on file herein, that notice, as required by law and in
<br />accordance with the order of the court herein, was given to all creditors of said deceased of the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that all debts and claims
<br />against her estate that have been proved and allowed have been fully paid and that all outstanding
<br />claims against said estate not filed as required, if any there be, are forever barred; that the
<br />expenses of the last illness and burial of deceased have been fully paid, as per receipts on file
<br />herein; that all costs and expenses of administering said estate have been fully paid; that all of
<br />said estate and the succession thereto is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />Nebraska.
