<br />and that said real estate hereinabove described passed and descended upon the death of Conrad
<br />Seim to Minnie F.Seim,his widow,for her lifetime,said real estate being the homestead of the
<br />said Conrad Seim and Minnie F Seim,and subject to said homestead interest,passed and descended
<br />to John Seim,Casper Seim,Elizabeth Stratman and &:aria Neuendorf,each an undivided one - fourth
<br />thereof;that no children were born to the said Conrad Seim and Minnie F.Seim.
<br />IT.IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described be and
<br />the same is decreed to have passed and descended upon the death of Conrad Seim to Minnie F,Seim
<br />for her lifetime,and subject to her dower and homestead rights to John Seim,Casper Selm,Elizabeth
<br />Stratman and Maria Neuendorf,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERRED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the estate
<br />of deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be and the same hereby
<br />are forever barred.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA BULLIS.
<br />I. Anna Bullis, of Grand Island,.Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declare
<br />this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills, codicils and testaments�y me hereto-
<br />fore made, as follows:
<br />ITEM ONE.
<br />I direct that my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and burial be first paid.
<br />ITEM TWO.
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, now owned or hereafter
<br />acquired by me and wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath equally, share and share alike,
<br />to the three children and a grandson of my deceased sister, Ella Russwinkel Dickens, namely;
<br />Mrs. Marguerite Parks,. a daughter, of Route 1, Chapin, Illinois, Mrs. Mable Collison, a daughter
<br />of Roadhouse, Illinois, Route 3, Alvin Dickens, a son of Bluff, Illinois, and Henry Welrider of
<br />Roadhouse, Illinois, a grandson by her first marriage. And if any of said four beneficiaries
<br />die before me, leaving a descendant or descendants surviving at my death, such descendant or des-
<br />cendants shall stand in the place of the parent and take the share the parent would have taken
<br />hereunder if living at my death by representation and if any of said four devisees and legatees
<br />die before me, leaving no descendant or descendants surviving at my death, the survivor or sur-
<br />vivors of said three children and said grandchild, beneficiaries hereunder, and the descendant or
