Now on this 22nd day of January,1941,this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
evidence and was submitted to the court,on consideration whereof the court finds that due and
legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both
creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the st9tedents and allegations set forth in
said petition are true;that the said Conrad Seim died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska, on Sept-
ember 25,1591,seized and possessed at the time of his death of the following described real estate,
to -wit: Lot Six (6),Block Fifteen (15),Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand IslandHall County,
Nebraska.
That Clara Hadlock, petitionerherein,is now the owner of said premises;that application was made
In this Court on March 10,1892 for issuance of letters of administration to John Seta -upon the
goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said Conrad Seim, deceased, notice thereof was du"y publish-
ed as required by law and on April 5,1992,upon hearing duly had said estate was admitted to pro-
bate and letters of administration were issued to said John Seim;that notice to creditors was
duly published as required by law, setting the final date for filing claims at six months from
April 15,1892 and that all claims filed were paid and that the costs of the proceedings were paid
and that there are no valid unpaid claims or obligations existing against said estate.
The Court further finds that no Inventory or Final Report was filed by the Administrator, that
said estate has been dormant since the publication of notice to creditors and that no finding of
heirship has been had,nor has the administration of said estate been completed;that the said
