<br />that all of the legatees have filed their receipts herein showing settlement in full of their
<br />Interest in said estate from said Executrix and said Executrix is therefore hereby discharged
<br />from further acting herein and her bond released.

<br />NOW ON THIS 16TH DAY OF JANUARY,1941,this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was sAbmitted to the court,on consideration whereof the court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this procieedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter,both
<br />creditors and heirs,as required by law;that all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true;that the said Alice Airhood died intestate,a citizen and resident of Mil-
<br />.
<br />waukee,*Ilwaukee County,Wiseonsin,on the 12th day of February,1938;that she was seized and poss-
<br />essed at the time of her death of an undivided one- twentieth (1 /20th) interest in the following
<br />described real estate,to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6) in Fractional Block Six (6) of Rollin's Addition,and its complement Fract-
<br />ional Lot Seven (7) in Fractional Block Nineteen (19) of H.G.Clark's Addition,all being situated
<br />In the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,as the same is surveyed,platted and reeorded;and
<br />The Northeast quarter (NEJ) of Section Five (5),Townehip Twelve (12),North,Range Fifteen (15),West of
<br />the 6th P.M.,in Buffalo County,Nebraska; that no application has been made in the State of
<br />Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deeeased;that her only
<br />heirs at law were and are Leslie Airhood,her husband,and Patricia Airhood,her daughter,and shat
<br />said real estate descended to said persons named,an undivided one - fortieth (1 /40th) interest to
<br />each. ,
