<br />After the payment of all my debts and expenses of last illness my estate shall be divided in
<br />five equal parts and I give one part to my said daughter Adele H.Boehm, who has borrowed no money
<br />from me; I give one part to my son John A.Noehrn who will owe me one thousand dollars shortly and
<br />which shall be charged to him on distribution; I give one part to my daughter Mrs. Marie A.Brooks
<br />who owes me six hundred dollars, which shall be charged to her on distribution; I give one part
<br />to my daughter Florence A.Sehmidt who owes me twelve hundred dollars which shall be charged to her
<br />on distribution; and I give one part to mfr daughter Auguste C.Schmidt who owes me twelve hundred
<br />dollars which shall be charged to her on distribution.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />8th day of June, 1940, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Emma Damman,
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court, That on the 3rd day of July, 1940, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Emma Damman, deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />That on the 3rd day of July, 1940, an order of this Court was made allowing creditors three
<br />months from and after the 31st day of July, 1940, in which to file their claims with the proof there-
<br />of against said estate and the said Adela H.Boehm, also sometimes known as Adele H.Boehm, one year
<br />from the 3rd day of July, 1940, in which to settle said estate, and further ordering that a notice
<br />to creditors of said order on claims be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal news-
<br />ppper published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, three successive weeks prior to the 31st
<br />day of July, 1940, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published, as
<br />ordered by this Court.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 8th day of August, 1940, the said Adele H.Boehm, also
<br />sometimes known as Adela H.Boehm, filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate,
<br />and that according to said inventory, the deceased died and possessed of the following described
<br />property, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) and Northerly Two (2) feet of Lot Five (5) all in Block Two (2) of Bartling's Sub-
<br />division located on part of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Subdivision of the South Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) and
<br />part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE;NEJ) of Section Twenty -one (21), Town-
<br />ship Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M. -
