<br />The Court further finds that distribution of the personal property has been made as by law
<br />provided; that the receipts of Sylvia M.VanBuskirk, E.Calvin Stout, O.C.Stout, Mabel Brown,Vernon
<br />L.Smith, and Elmer Smith, have been filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that said Mary E.Stout at the time of her death was the owner in fee
<br />simple of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Five (5) in the Village of wood River, in Hall County, state of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, the real estate above described passed
<br />and descended to Sylvia M.VanBuskirk an undivided one - fourth, to E.Calvin Stout, an undivided
<br />one - fourth, to O.C.Stout an undivided one - fourth, and to Mabel Brown an undivided one - twelfth,
<br />to Vernon L.Smith an undivided one - twelfth and to Elmer Smith an undivided one- twelfth.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of H.P.
<br />Honnold,administrator of the estate of Mary E.Stout, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all
<br />things, approved and allowed; that said H.P.Honnold is hereby discharged from his trust as such
<br />administrator and the sureties on his official bond are released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AwD DECREED BY THE COURT, that all claims against said estate,
<br />if any there be, not filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED A D DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as
