<br />IT IS,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the above described real
<br />estate be and the same is hereby set off unto the said Esther Roberts and to her heirs and assigns
<br />forever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that in the event there be any other
<br />real estate of any kind or nature whatsoever not hereinbefore described, owned by the said Alvin C.
<br />Roberts at the time of his death, that the same be and it is hereby set off unto the said Esther
<br />Roberts, and to her heirs and assigns forever.

<br />she is hereby discharged as Executrix.

<br />and Testament of Margaret Duggan, deceased, was duly proven allowed and admitted to probate in the
<br />District Court of Dubuque County, Iowa, and that letters testamentary were issued to William L.,
<br />Duggan, that the final report of the Executor of said estate was filed in said Court and was approved
<br />on June 12, 1905; that all claims filed against said estate have been paid, that the legacies pro-
<br />vided for under the Will and codicil attached thereto, have been paid and receipts filed, that the
<br />Court costs, and costs of administration have been paid.
