<br />last Will and Testament of the real and personal estate of said deceased, and the same was duly
<br />admitted to probate and recorded in my office.

<br />ALVIN C.ROBERTS, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 25th day of October, 1940, this cause came on to be heard upon the final retort of
<br />Esther Roberts, Executrix, end the Court, after having examined the records and files, finds that
<br />due notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate in the manner and form provided
<br />by law, and that there are no objections to said final report now on file.
<br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has expired; that the Executrix
<br />has paid all claims filed in the estate;
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file
<br />be and the same are hereby forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that the Executrix has paid the expenses of last illness, funeral
<br />expenses and burial expenses in full; that she has paid the expenses of administering the estate,
<br />including court costs and attorney's fee in full.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax, either Federal or
<br />State.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of the last Will and Testament all the remaining
<br />personal property was bequeathed to the said Esther Roberts, and that she is entitled to the same,
<br />and that she has receipted therefor;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said Final Report be and the
<br />same is hereby approved and confirmed, and all the remaining personal property of any and all
<br />natures whatsoever and wheresoever situated,iriclud tg one C1i6vrolet Sedan automobile, 1938.model,
<br />motor No. 1615495, Manufpcturer's serial No. 50802- 12827,Model GB; color - black; six cylihders;
<br />seating capacity - five; total weight 2900 lbs,which formerly stood in the name of A.Roberts, be
<br />and the same is hereby set off unto the said Esther Roberts to be hers absolutely.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Alvin C.Roberts, deceased, left a last Will and Testament,
<br />which has been admitted to probate in this Court and that this court had jurisd etion;
<br />that said Alvin C.Roberts died on April 8, 1940; that he was at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All of Section Ten (10), Township Twenty (20), North of Range Forty (40),West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Arthur County, Nebraska.
<br />All of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of Section Five (5), Tbwnshi Twelve (12),North Range
<br />(9),and all of the East half (E4 of the Northeast quarter (NE0 of Section One (1) Township
<br />Twelve (12), North,Range Ten (10), all being West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That interest devised to the said Alvin C.Roberte under the last Will and Testament of
<br />Edward Roberts, deceased, in the following described real estate,to -wit:
<br />Sections Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), in Township Twenty (20) Range Forty (40), and an un-
