<br />I name,nominate and appoint my son,August Herman Fuerstenau,to be the Executor of this,my last
<br />Will and Testament,and direct that he be not required to furnish surety upon his official_ bond
<br />as such.
<br />I further hereby expressly authorize my executor to mortgage the whole or any portion of my estate
<br />if'found necessary to do so for the purpose of keeping the -real estate intact for such amount or
<br />amounts as may be necessary to pay all proper charges and clams allowed against my estate,or to
<br />refinance any indebtedness now exlsting,for which any of my estate has been pledged as security,
<br />granting unto him this power without securing any previous order or permission from the District`
<br />Court therefor and upon such Page One
<br />terms and conditions as to him may seem best,but subject,however,to confirmation thereof by the
<br />County Court of Hall County,Nebraska,which confirmation is'requested only for the purpose of
<br />having the court determine that the amount of the mortgage is necessary for the payment of all
<br />charges,debts and expenses.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all former Wills heretofore made by me.
