<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of said
<br />George W.Giese, Administrator of the Estate of Margaret M.Giese,Deceased, be and the same hereby
<br />is in all things appl!rved And allowed as and for the Final Report of said Administrator and that
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having any claims
<br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate herein above
<br />described passed and descended to George W.Giese,widower, one -third undivided interest and to
<br />Maybelle Richards, Frederick J.Giese and George W.Glese Jr. each an undivided twv- ninths interest
<br />therein, absolutely and in fee, subject, however, to the homestead rights of the said George W.
<br />Giese in said real estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the personal property herein
<br />above described passed and descended to George W.Giese Sr. absolutely.

<br />I,August Fuerstenau,of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraeka, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this,my last Will and Testament,in manner and form following:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that all of my just debts and the expenses attending my last illness burial,and adminis-
<br />trative expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named,as soon after my death as convenient.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath to my daughter,Frieda Sievers,of Grand Island,Nebraska,the household
<br />goods,furniture and furnishings which I have inthe house where I reside.
<br />THIRD
<br />All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired
<br />and wheresoever situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my four children,Henry C.Fuerstenau,of
<br />CaspertWyoming,August Herman Fuerstenau,William Fuerstenau,and Frieda Slevers,all of Grand Island,
