<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report and account of the
<br />said Executor be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, and that upon the assignment and
<br />delivery of the personal property remaining in his hands, as hereinbefore described, to the
<br />persons entitled thereto as herein set forth, the said Executor be discharged from his trust.
<br />That the real and personal property herein described be assigned and set over to the persons
<br />entitled thereto under the terms of the said last will and testament as herein set forth.

<br />terest in the North Half of Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), Kernohan & Decker's Addition to Grand
<br />Island,Hall Oounty, Nebraska, which should be assigned and distributed under the terms of said
<br />last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Max Greenberger, deceased, died testate bn April 29,1940,
<br />being a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and leaving a last will and testament which has been
<br />duly admitted to probate herein. That by the terms of said last will and testament the 202 shares
<br />of the Capital stock of Max Greenberger & Company,Inc. should be assigned, transferred and de-
<br />livered to David Kaufmann as Trustee, to hold for a period of not to exceed ten years from and
<br />after the death of the said idax Greenberger, under the terms, trusts and provisions set forth
<br />in the Third Paragraph of said last will and testament, and all of the other property of the said
<br />estate, both real and personal, remaining in the hands of the said Executor, as hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed, should be assigned, transferred and delivered to thesaid Flora Greenberger to be her
<br />sole and separate property under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament, and
<br />said David Kaufmann, as Executor, is hereby ordered and directed to endorse, assign and transfer
<br />to the said Flora Greenberger all of the remainder of said personal property, to —wit:
