CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />Hall County ) <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, <br />on the 24th day of May A.D., 1940. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Max Greenberger,deceased. <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that-on the <br />29th day of April 1940, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Max Green- <br />berger,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of May, 1940, said in- <br />strument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Max Greenberger,deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 24th <br />day of May, 1940. Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />Of ) DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION <br />Max Greenberger, deceased ) <br />Now on this 4" day of December, 1940, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon <br />the final report of David Kaufmann, Executor of the estate of Max Greenberger, deceased, and his <br />petition for distribution of all assets of said estate remaining in his hands. Thereupon evidence - <br />was duly introduced and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due notice of the <br />filing of said final account and petition for distribution has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate by publication, as required by law, and the order of this Court, and that there <br />are no objections on file. The Court further finds that the final report of the said Executot <br />is true and correct and should be approved; that all proceedings have been had for the filing and <br />allowance of claims against said estate, that a time and place for filing claims has been duly <br />fixed by order of the Court herein, notice thereof given to creditors and all persons interested <br />in said estate as provided by law,that said date has elapsed, that all claims, debts and demands <br />against the said estate have been paid in full, including funeral expenses and costs of adminis- <br />tration, and any and all other claims, debts and demands against said estate, if any there be, <br />are hereby barred and foreclosed. <br />Due appraisal of the assets and property of said estate has been made under the order of this <br />Court for the ascertainment of inheritance taxes, and it has been duly determined by the order of <br />this Court that no part of the said estate, or the legacies or devises provided for in the last <br />will and testament of the said Max Greenberger, deceased, are subject to the payment of inheritance <br />tax. <br />The Court further finds that all legacies provided for in the said last will and testament have <br />been paid in full and that receipts are on file showing payment of all claims and legacies. <br />The Court further finds that the following personal property belonging to the said estate remains <br />in the hands of the said Executor for distribution, as provided by the said last will and testament, <br />to -wit: <br />Promissory note of Sam Greenberger, $500.00 <br />Accounts receivable from Max Greenberger & Co. Inc. 1367.84 <br />50 shares Common Stock CurtlawWright Corporation <br />100 shares stock Labbe Mfg.Co.Inc. <br />30 shares stock Jayhawk Producing and Refining Company <br />50 Shares stock Fidelity Old Line Insurance Co. <br />202 shares Capital Stock of Max Greenberger & Company,Inc. <br />The Court further finds that the said Max Greenberger died seized of an undivided one -half in.. <br />
