a <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600.12 -86 <br />bequeath to my beloved children, William Duggan, John Duggan, Frank Duggan, Joseph Duggan, Mary <br />Duggan, (now Mrs. Mary Kelly), and Sarah A.Duggan in equal shares and to be divided equally between <br />them, to have the same for their own use and benefit absolutely, share and share alike. <br />Ninth, It is my will, and I hereby durect, that my executor hereinafter named, shall, immediately <br />after my death, or as soon as convenient and possible, dispose of all of my property both real and <br />personal, and convert the same into money, and direct that he shall sell all my interest in and to <br />the real estate of which my husband died seized, being one.third thereof, and all my right, title <br />and interest in and to the forty acres of land owned by my son, Lawrence L.Duggan and myself, and <br />all other real estate, and that the sum so received, after the payment of the debts, expenses and <br />legacies, hereinbefore stated, shall be divided as hereinbefore directed. <br />Tenth, I hereby nominate and appoint my son, William Duggan, Executor of this my Last Will and <br />Testament, and exempt him from the giving of bonds, as such executor, and I hereby authorize and <br />empower him �,o sell all real estate of which I may die seized, as directed in said will, without <br />an order of Court therefor. <br />Dated at Dubuque, Iowa, this 22nd day of March, A.D., 1900. <br />her <br />T.J.Fitzpatrick. First. I give devise and bequeaths, in addition to their former legacies and provisions <br />as made in my Last Will for them, to William Duggan, John Duggan, Joseph Duggan and Sarah Ann <br />Duggan, the sum of One Hundred Dollars (4100.00) each, for services and care rendered me during <br />the last years of my life.
