<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Two (2) of the First Addition to Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot One (1) in Block Seventeen (17) of the Original Town
<br />of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. I
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1) of Section 32, Township 13, North Range 53,Kimball County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That the said real estate situated in Kimball County, Nebraska, was subject to liens for taxes
<br />and assessments in large amount and had no value above the amount of such liens, and said real
<br />estate has been abandoned as of no value to the said estate, and has been disposed of for the
<br />payment of said taxes and assessments; that said real estate situated in Cairo, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, should be assigned and distributed under the terms of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Max Schlund, Sr.
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had for the filing and allowance of
<br />claims, that due notice to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place for filing
<br />claims has been given. That said time has fully elapsed and that all debts, charges and demands
<br />against said estate have been fully paid.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the said Executrix
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the said Executrix discharged from her truat.
<br />That the real estate hereinbefore described situated in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned and distributed to Minnie Schlund,sole devisee thereof under
<br />the terms of said last will and testament.

<br />tificate of Probate thereof and Decree of Distribution IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MAX SCHLUND,
<br />SR. DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a
<br />correct tr ^nscript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court
<br />of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized
<br />to sign certificates in his o1ATn name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the
<br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MINNIE SCHLUND.
<br />I, Minnie Schlund, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this, my Last Will and Testament, by it revoking all former wills by me made:
<br />First
<br />I direct that my Executor and Executrix (jointly) hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts,
<br />including the expenses of my last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of admitting this
<br />will to probate and administering my estate as soon after my death as can be conveniently arranged,
<br />from such personal property as I may possess at the time of my death. If that be insufficient, I
<br />authorize my said Executor and Executrix to sell.so much of my real estate as may be necessary for
<br />that purpose, the within being their full and complete authority to make necessary deeds of trans-
<br />fer without order from any court whatsoever.
