Thereupon evidence was duly introduced <br />and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice of the filing <br />of s�Lid final account and petition for distribution has been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate by publication as provided by law. That Harry F.Schlund has duly resigned as <br />Executor of the said estate and the said Winnie A.Schlund is now sole Executrix thereof. <br />The Court further finds that the said Executrix and Executor have been wholly unable to <br />collect any part of the notes or accounts described in the inventory herein and they have received <br />Tax. <br />The Court further finds that Max Schlund,Sr. died testate on or about August 23, 1932, leaving <br />a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to probate herein, and that he died seized <br />r <br />of the following described real estate: <br />no other personal property or moneys; <br />that the said notes and accounts have been <br />delivered to <br />the said Winnie A.Schlund as Executrix <br />of the estate of Minnie Schlund, who was <br />the legatee and <br />entitled thereto; that from rentals received <br />and from her own funds the said Executrix <br />has paid <br />all claims against the said estate as <br />shown by receipts on file herein, that all <br />court costs and <br />attorneys fees have been paid and that <br />said estate is not subject to the payment <br />of Inheritance <br />Tax. <br />The Court further finds that Max Schlund,Sr. died testate on or about August 23, 1932, leaving <br />a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to probate herein, and that he died seized <br />r <br />of the following described real estate: <br />
