Said infant, Marie McKinney died on the 18 day of Sept. 1933, and she being <br />an infant and unmarried at the time of his death, her share in her father's Estate would descend <br />by operation of law to her two brothers, namely,Clyde McKinney,Jr., and Donald McKinney, share and <br />C <br />D <br />n <br />
