<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the decree heretofore entered
<br />herein on April 17, 1929, be amended to provide that under the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Benjamin Feehan, Deceased, the real estate hereinabove described passed and
<br />descended upon the death of Bridget Feehan to Ben F.ehin an undivided one -half thereof and to
<br />Kathryn Keefe and William Keefe, the only children of James Keefe surviving said Bridget Feehan,
<br />each-an undivided one - fourth thereof.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />NOW on this 8th day of January, 1937, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report
<br />filed herein by Louis W.Heyde, Administrator, of the Estate of Clyde L.McKinney, deceased, and
<br />the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that said Administrator filed his account in said Estate on the 26th day of March, 1935,
<br />and thereafter an order was entered fixing the time and place for a hearing on said final account
<br />and petition for the approval and allowance of same, settlement of said estate, and discharge of
<br />said Administrator, and notice of the time and place of said hearing was given to all interested
<br />parties by publication as provided by law, and the matter coming on for hearing upon the 16th day
<br />of April, 1935, the day fixed by the Court, it was considered that said report was true and correct
<br />in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for said Administrator's final account;
<br />and the matter coming on further to be heard on this 8th day of January, 1937, the Court further
<br />finds that said Administrator has reed from all sources the sum of $2+25.30 and has expended
<br />this entire sum in payment of funeral expenses, debts of the decedent, and costs of administration,
<br />leaving no cash or other personal property for distribution to the heirs of said decedent.
<br />The Court further finds that said decedent departed this life intestate, a resident of the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of April, 1932, and he left surviving him
<br />as his heirs at law, and only heirs at law, his widow, Minnie McKinney, Clyde McKinney,Jr., a son,
<br />Donald McKinney, a, son, and a posthumus child born on the 16 day of June, 1932, and given the name
<br />of Marie McKinney. Said infant, Marie McKinney died on the 18 day of Sept. 1933, and she being
<br />an infant and unmarried at the time of his death, her share in her father's Estate would descend
<br />by operation of law to her two brothers, namely,Clyde McKinney,Jr., and Donald McKinney, share and
