<br />which is assigned to the following heirs; Roy B.Jacobs,Sr., her husband; and Roy B.Jacobs,Jr., a

<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of
<br />the said Roy B.Jacobs,Sr., administrator of the estate of Caroline Jacobs, deceased, be and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed; that the said Roy B.Jacobs,Sr., is
<br />hereby discharged from his trust as administrator of the said estate and the sureties on his

<br />BENJAMIN FEEHAN, DECEASED. )
<br />This matter coming on to be heard this 29th day of October, 1940, upon the pet1-tion to reopen
<br />said estate for the purpose of amending the decree entered herein on the 17th day of April 1929,
<br />said petition being made by Albert Braune, one of the present owners of Lot Two (2) and (3) in
<br />Block Four (4), in Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, the same being a part
<br />of the real estate described in said decree, and for a finding of this Court as to the surviving
<br />children of James Keefe, of Sternville, Pennsylvania, and upon the affidavit of Cornelius O'Keefe
<br />in support thereof, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, and upon examination of the
<br />evidence produced, finds that said estate should be reopened for the purpose of amending said decree.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Estate of Benjamin Feehan, Deceased, be reopened
<br />for the purpose of amending the decree heretofore entered herein.
<br />The Court further finds, upon examination of the evidence, that the said James Keefe was the
<br />father of four children, viz.: Thomas Keefe, John Keefe, Kathryn Keefe and William Keefe; that
<br />said Thomas Keefe and John Keefe preceded Bridget Feehan, wife of the said Benjamin Feehan,de-
<br />ceased, in death; that they left no issue or descendants surviving them; that the said Bridget
<br />Feehan died on January 8, 1933, and that at the time of her death, the sole and only surviving
<br />children of James Keefe were Kathryn Keefe and William Keefe; that under the terms and provisions
<br />of saidl.Will and Testament of Benjamin Feehan, Deceased, the real estate hereinabove described
<br />passed and descended upon the death of Bridget Feehan to Ben Fehin, an undivided one -half thereof,
<br />and to Kathryn Keefe and William Keefe, children of James Keefe,surviving said Bridget Feehan, each
<br />an undivided one - fourth thereof.
