<br />OF CAROLINE JACOBS, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 23" day of October, 1940, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Roy B.Jacobs,Sr., administrator of the estate of Caroline Jacobs, deceased,
<br />and for the distribution of the real property of said estate, and the evidence, and was submit-
<br />ted to the Court; on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time
<br />and place of hearing on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon the Court being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds as follows:

<br />That the final account of the said Roy B.Jacobs,Sr., administrator of the estate of Caroline
<br />Jacobs, deceased, is in all respects ,just, true, and correct, that due notice to creditors has
<br />been given; that all claims, namely, funeral expenses, court costs, and attorney's fee, against
<br />said estate have been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />That the deceased left an estate consisting of the following described real property, to -wit:
<br />One -half interest in Lot two (2), Block one hundred and forty -one (141), of Union Pacific Railroad's
