Paul N.Kirk (SEAL) County Judge HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA F I L E D JUN 26 1929 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA In the Matter of the Estate ) ) Of ) No. 1920 Anna Leonardt, deceased. ) DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION Now on this 9th day of October, 1940, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the petition of Antonie Kreisle and the evidence duly introduced. The Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the said Antonie Kreisle is the sole surviving heir at law of the said Anna Leonardt, deceased, who was devisee under her last will and testament which was heretofore on May 14, 1929, duly admitted to probate in the County Court of DeWitt County, Texas, the same being the county of the residence of the said Anna Leonardt at the time of her death, and thereafter on June 25, 1929 duly admitted to probate in Hall County, Nebraska in the Foregoing matter. The Court further finds that one Bruno C.Teonardt was duly nominated Executor of the said last will and testament and dulyappointed as such by order of this Court, that the said Executor qual- ified and thereafter filed an inventory of the real and personal property belonging to the said estate and situated within the State of Nebraska. The Court further finds that due notice of the time and place of filing claims against said estate has been given as directed by the Court, that all claims, debts and demands against the said estate have been fully paid and an order duly entered herein barring and foreclosing any and all further claims against the said estate. The Court further finds that on and after July 18, 1929 the said Bruno C.Leonardt died and there has been no final accounting by the said Executor, but that in truth and in fact all per- sonal property beloning to said estate and described in said inventory was duly distributed to the persons entitled thereto, and that there remains no personal assets in the State of Nebraska. The Court further finds from evidence on file herein that all legacies provided for in the last will and testament of the said Anna Leonardt, deceased, have been fully paid, that there is no occasion for the appointment of an administrator de bonis non, and that a decree of distribution should be entered herein assigning the real estate described in the inventory to the devisees thereof as in said last will and testament provided and finally closing the said estate. The Court further finds that due notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing of the said petition for distribution has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law and the order of this Court, and that no objections to the distribution as prayed for have been made, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate belonging to the said estate be and the same is hereby distributed, pursuant to the terms of said last will and testa- ment to Antonie Kreisle, sometimes described as Antonio Kreisle, and to Bruno C.Leonardt, their heirs and assigns,share and share alike, to -wit: An undivided one- eightli interest in and to Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), In Block "A "; Lots Two (2), Four (4), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14)`,Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18),-Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two (22), Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -four (24) in Block "B "; Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (1�), Nineteen (19), Twenty (20), Twenty -one (21), Twenty -two (22), Twenty -three (23), Twenty -four (24), Twenty -five (25), Twenty -six (26), Twenty -seven (27), Twentv -eight (28), Twenty -nine (29), Thirty (30), Thirty -one (31), Thirty -two (32), Thirty -three (33) thirty -four (34) in Block "C ";
