<br />Court finding from the evidence that said Mrs. Anna Leonardt is dead, that at the time of her
<br />death her fixed residence and domicile was in DeWitt County, Texas, and the Court has jurisdic-
<br />tion of her estate and of said petition, that said Mrs. Anna Leonardt executed said instrument
<br />In the presence of two credible witnesses each over the age of fourteen years, who subscribed
<br />their names as such thereto in the presence of said testatrix and at her request and in the
<br />presence of each other, and that at the time of executing said written will the said Mrs. Anna
<br />Leondardt was over the age of twenty -one years and was of sound mind, and that she executed said
<br />Deceased.

<br />deceased, which said will bears
<br />date of January 30, 1929, and the Court finding that citation
<br />duly issued on said petition and
<br />was served and returned in all respects in
<br />the manner and for
<br />the time required by law, and the
<br />Court finding from the evidence that said Mrs. Anna Leonardt is dead, that at the time of her
