THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600.12 -86 <br />under the terms of said Will to Anna Gaisser, widow of William Gaisser deceased, that the remain- <br />ing one -half interest therein, was, under the terms of said Will to be sold 'by R.W.Saylor, the <br />executor, and the proceeds thereof to be paid Anna Gaisser at the rate of Fifteen Dollars ( #15.00) <br />per month. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the said R.W.Saylor has sold said undivided <br />one -half interest in said real estate as authorized under said Will and it is further ordered that <br />said funds be held in trust by R.W.Saylor and paid to said Anna Gaisser in accordance with the <br />terms of the Will. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said estate is hereby closed and settled, and that said <br />executor, upon filing his receipt as trustee for the sum of $493.12,shall be discharged, and his <br />bond as executor shall be released. <br />Paul N.
