<br />under the terms of said Will to Anna Gaisser, widow of William Gaisser deceased, that the remain-
<br />ing one -half interest therein, was, under the terms of said Will to be sold 'by R.W.Saylor, the
<br />executor, and the proceeds thereof to be paid Anna Gaisser at the rate of Fifteen Dollars ( #15.00)
<br />per month.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the said R.W.Saylor has sold said undivided
<br />one -half interest in said real estate as authorized under said Will and it is further ordered that
<br />said funds be held in trust by R.W.Saylor and paid to said Anna Gaisser in accordance with the
<br />terms of the Will.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that said estate is hereby closed and settled, and that said
<br />executor, upon filing his receipt as trustee for the sum of $493.12,shall be discharged, and his
<br />bond as executor shall be released.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JULIUS MATTHIESEN OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBR.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Julius Matthiesen, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being
<br />of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament.
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of my last sickness be first
<br />paid by my Executrix hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Christina Matthiesen, the North Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (N'NWJ) of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10),Range Nine (9),West of
<br />the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 80 acres, more or less, she to have the same
<br />absolutely and forever.
<br />THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Christina Mattheisen, the life estate
<br />and use of our home place, to -wit: The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SSW$) of Section
<br />Thirty -four (34),Township Eleven (11),Range Nine (9) in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 80 acres,
<br />she to have the use, income, rents and profits therefrom during her natural lifetime.
<br />FOURTH: Upon the death of my wife, Christina Matthiesen, I give, devise and bequeath unto my
<br />grandchildren, Vernon Starling and Lucille Starling, children of my deceased daughter, the sum
<br />of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars each, and I direct that they shall have no other interest or
<br />share in my property. In the event of the death of either of them I direct that the survivor
<br />shall receive the $200.00 provided for the other, and in the event of the death of both of them
<br />I direct that the amount bequeathed them shall revert to my estate and be divided between my
