<br />R.W.Saylor, executor of the estate of William Gaisser, deceased, after due notice of the filing
<br />of his report, and of the time and place appointed for the hearing thereon, as required by the
<br />order of this Court, and no one appeared to object or protest the allowance of said report.
<br />After a full examination of said report, the Court finds that the same is correct and ought
<br />to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into his
<br />hands or under his control; that the said executor has sold the real estate belonging to the de-
<br />ceased in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Will of William Gaisser, deceased, and
<br />that there remains in his hands for distribution, the sum of $986.23 to be distributed in accord-
<br />ance with the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament.
<br />The Court further finds that' due notice was given to the creditors of said deceased as to the
<br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so allowed
<br />has expired; that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and satisfied; and that all
<br />outstanding claims against said estate not filed within the time allowed, if any such exist, are
<br />barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the report of the'said R.W.Saylor,executor, of said
<br />estate, be approved and allowed as his final report.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the funeral expenses and the expenses of the last
<br />illness of the deceased and the costs of administration have been paid by the executor and that
<br />said estate is not liable for inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the
<br />United States.
<br />The Court finds that William Gaisser departed this life on March 29, 1936; that he was at the
<br />time of his death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left a Last Will and Testament,
<br />which was duly allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on May 12, 1936.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Gaisser was, at the time of his death, the owner
<br />of Lot eight (8) in Block fifteen (15),Wallichs Addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will of William Gaisser,deceased, R.W.Saylor was
<br />duly appointed and empowered to sell an undivided one -half interest in said premises and the re-
<br />maining one -half interest in said premises together with the life estate in all of said premises,
<br />was, under the terms of the said Will devised and bequeathed to Anna Gaisser, widow of William
<br />Gaisser deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said R.W.Saylor, acting in accordance with the provisions of
<br />said Will, did sell and convey an undivided one -half interest in said real estate to Walt Neal
<br />and that the said Anna Gaisser, did sell and convey her undivided one -half interest in said real
<br />estate together with her life interest in all of said real estate to Walt Neal and that the total
<br />price received for said property was the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($1,600.00),that
<br />the proceeds of said sale have been duly accounted for by the said R.W.Saylor, in his final report
<br />filed herein.
<br />The Court further finds that said sale was made in accordance with the provisions of said
<br />Will, that said sale was valid and said sale is hereby approved by the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the said R.W.Saylor has made distribution of the money on hand in
<br />accordance with the terms of the Will; that one -half of said sum has been paid into Court for Anna
<br />Gaisser, and that the remaining one -half thereof, has been turned over and paid to R.W.Saylor, as
<br />trustee, to be paid to the said Anna Gaisser in accordance with the provisions of the Will of
<br />William Gaisser, deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that under the terms of the Will of William
<br />Gaisser, deceased, an undivided one -half interest in and to Lot Eight (8), in Block Fifteen (15)
<br />Wallichs Addition to the city of Grand Island, together with the life estate, did pass and decend
<br />
