<br />wife Anna Gaisser, one half of all my property whether real, personal or mixed, and wherever sit-
<br />uated and owned by me at the time of my death, together with the life use of our home located at
<br />1216 West Sixth Street, she to have the use, income and profit from said home during her lifetime.
<br />I also give her all of our household furniture and fixtures and personal property located in our
<br />home.
<br />THIRD: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, I give devise and bequeath to R.W.
<br />Salyer for the use and benefit of my wife, Anna Gaisser, and direct that he shall sell the same and
<br />shall pay the proceeds to my wife at the rate of Fifteen ($15.00) per month, said payments to com-
<br />mence one year after my death and to continue until the proceeds of said half interest is entirely
<br />paid over to her, I authorize my said executor to sell and dispose of said undivided one -half in-
<br />terest in my property (subject to the bequest to my wife) without application to or authority from
<br />any court whatsoever, and direct that he shall invest the proceeds as he may deem best and pay the
<br />same to my wife as above set forth.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint R.W.Saylor, of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be Executor
<br />of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revo$ing all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 20th day of
<br />June, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirty five.

<br />Gaisser, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of May, 1936, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William Gaisser, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
