<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the date and
<br />place of hearing on said final report by publication of said notice for three successive weeks in
<br />the Grand Island Daily Independent,as by law provided,and no one appearing to object to said re-
<br />port,and the court having examined the same,together with the vouchers attached thereto,finds that
<br />said report is true and correct,in all things,and should be approved and allowed as and for said
<br />administrator's final report; that there is no tax due the State of Nebraska or the United States
<br />under the inheritance tax laws and that said estate should be settled and the administrator dis-
<br />charged.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the court, if any such there be, are for-
<br />ever barred,excluded and enjoined from setting out or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the final report filed herein by James Bales,administrator,be and the
<br />same is hereby,in all things,approved and allowed as and for said administrator's final report and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said administrator fully discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of her death,herein-
<br />before described,did pass and descend under and by virtue of the statutes of descent of the State
<br />of Nebraska,as hereinbefore found by the court,and distribution thereof is accordingly made.

<br />Now on this 2nd day of October, 1940, this matter came on to be heard before the Court upon
<br />the petition of Arthur A.Roeser and upon the other pleadings and files in said cause. Thereupon
<br />evidence was duly introduced and the cause submitted to the Court, upon consideration whereof the
<br />Court finds that due and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested
<br />in the said estate, both creditors and heirs, as required by law; that all the statements and
<br />allegations set forth in the said petition are true. That the said Malvina Roeser died intestate
<br />in Los Angeles County, California on May 1, 1930, being at the time of her death a citizen and
