<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the court
<br />for filing claims against said estate,by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Is-
<br />land Daily Independent,as provided by law,and that all persons having claims against said estate,

<br />The court finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said county and state
<br />consisting of both personal and real property,all of which said personal property has been re-
<br />duced to cash and divided among the heirs in their respective shares,as by law provided; said
