<br />Now on this 26th day of September,1940,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by James Bales,administrator of the estate of Sarah Wetzel,deceased and upon the applica-
<br />tion and allowance of said report,settlement of said estate and for discharge,and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />That Sarah Wetzel died intestate on the 26th day of April,1936 in Hall County,Nebraska,and at
<br />that time was a resident and inhabitant of said County and State,and was the owner of an estate
<br />to be administered in said County; that Iva Bales filed her petition in this court on the 2nd day
<br />of May,1936,praying for administration of said estate; that upon reading and filing said petition
<br />an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said peti-
<br />tion,giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publication of said notice for three suc-
<br />cessive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,a legal newspaper published and circulated in
<br />said County,and that said hearing was held as heretofore ordered by,'the court,as by law required,
<br />and Letters of Administration were granted to James Bales upon the filing of his bond in this
<br />court,and the same being approved,as by law required.
