<br />and testament of the said Julia E.Grace,deceased,the aboslute title to the real estate hereinbe-
<br />fore described did pass and descend to Milledge F.Grace,sole devidee and legatee under said last
<br />will and testament of the said Julia E.Grace,deceased.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JULIA E.GRACE.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN:
<br />I,Julia E.Grace,being a reaident of Cheyenne,Laramie County,Wyoming,being of sound and disposing
<br />mind and memory,blessed be God for the same,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and
<br />transitory life,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,in
<br />words and figures as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />I hereby order and direct that my executor hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND
<br />I hereby order and direct that my piano and my silk quilts be given to my beloved daughter Char-
<br />leen Baker of Oakland California.
<br />THIRD
<br />I am not giving any of my estate,other than the articles mentioned in the foregoing paragraph,to
<br />my beloved daughter Charleen Baker,or any property to my beloved son,Harry M.Grace,for the reason
<br />that,although I love all my children the same,both of them have sufficient means to well care for
<br />themselves,and my son Milledge F.Grace has resided with me for a number of years and has contri-
<br />buted a large portion of his earnings toward my happiness,and I feel that it would be the wishes
<br />of all of my family that what property I possess should go to my said son,Milledge F.Grace.
<br />FOURTH
<br />All the rest and residue of my estate,whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired,and wherever
<br />situate,I give,Devise and bequeath to my beloved son,Milledge F.Grace of Cheyenne,Wyoming.
<br />FIFTH
<br />Lastly,I name,constitute and appoint Milledge F.Grace of Cheyenne,Wyoming,as executor of this my
<br />Last Will and Testament,and respectfully ask that he serve in said capacity without bond,and I
<br />hereby cancel any and all former Wills by me made.
