<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />Julia E.Grace, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 11th day of May.1940,this cause came on for hearing
<br />upon the final report of Milledge F.Grace,Executor of the last will and testament of Julia E.
<br />Grace,deceased,and upon his petition for a final settlement of said estate and his discharge
<br />herein,and the court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate,and
<br />being duly advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final report as
<br />heretofore ordered by the court,and no one appearing to object to said final report,the court
<br />examined the same,together with vouchers on file and testimony in support thereof,and being duly
<br />advised in the premises the court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The court further finds that the said Julia E.Grace departed this life testate on the 9th day of
<br />October,1939 and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of the County of Laramie
<br />and State of Wyoming; the court further finds that the said Julia E.Grace,deceased,had no estate
<br />either real or personal in the State of Wyoming,and that her only estate consisted of an interest
<br />in real estate located in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.
<br />The court further finds that on the 26th day of october,1939,Milledge F.Grace,son of the deceased,
<br />filed in this court his duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instru-
<br />ment prmporting to be the last will and testament of the said Julia E.Grace,deceased,and the court
<br />thereupon fixed the 2nd day of December,1939 as the time for making proof of said last will and
<br />testament and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the
<br />hearing thereonwas given by the court in the manner provided by law; and on said date,viz.,Dec-
<br />ember 2,1939,said instrument was duly proven,allowed and admitted to probate in this court as and
<br />for the last will and testament of the said Julia E.Grace,deceased,and letters testamentary were
<br />duly issued thereon to Milledge F.Grace,executor,as named in said last will and testament,and he
<br />thereupon duly qualified as such,
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against said estate and the time so fixed
<br />has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate..
<br />The court further finds that there is no estate tax and no inheritance tax due the said estate and
<br />that there was no personel property but that the costs and expenses of probating said estate have
<br />been paid by Milledge F.Grace,sole legatee.
<br />The court further finds that the said Julia E,Grace,deceased,died seized of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate,io -wit,
<br />An undivided one -half (J) interest in and to the East Half of the Southeast Quarter and Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEJNEJ) all in Section Twenty -seven (27) Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska, subject to the life interest of
<br />Mary Ann Keefe,in and to all of the above described real estate,and that said real estate,and all
<br />interests therein passed and descended,under and by virtue of the last will and testament of the
<br />said Julia E.Grace,deceased,to Milledge F.Grace.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that the final report of Milledge F.
<br />Grace,executor of the last will and testament of Julia E.Grace,deceased,be,and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report,and said estate is hereby settled and closed and
<br />said executor discharged and his bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims filed have been paid,that
