Wn <br />The Court further finds that there were several claims filed against said estate,but same have <br />not been paid,for the reason that there were not sufficient assets on hand to do so, <br />The Court further finds that said administrator received into his possession the sdm of $168.67, <br />out of which he paid the Court Costs and publication fees of said estate,attorney and adminis- <br />trator fees,and labor for husking corn,all in the sum of $150.02,leaving a balance of $18.65 <br />which he has turned over to the Court <br />The Court further finds that the said Etta Durtschi departed this life intestate on the 10th day <br />of April,1932,being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska; <br />and that she left as her heirs at law and only heirs at law,the following named persons,to-wit: - <br />Rudolf Durtschi,her husband, <br />Gladys Kozak,a daughter, <br />Lorna Durtschi,a daughter, <br />Ronald Durtschi,a son,and <br />Audry Durtschi,a daughter. <br />The Court further finds that the said Etta Durtschi died seized of the following described real <br />estate situated in the State of Nebraska,to-wit:- <br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />Seventeen (17),Township Ten (10),North Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,In Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said real estate was subject to a mortgage of $18,500.00,which has <br />been since foreclosed in the District Court of Hall County,Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to the payment of any Inheritance Tax <br />either under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said <br />Paul B.Newell,Administrator of the Estate of Etta Durtschi,Deceased,be and the same is hereby ap- <br />proved and allowed,said estate settled and closed,and said administrator and his bondsmen dis- <br />charged and released from any further liability in said matter. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />said estate,if any such there bp,not filed within the time fixed by the Court,be and the same are <br />hereby forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said <br />estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that there are no funds in said estate <br />with which to pay claims filed,and that the real estate,hereinbefore described,has been foreclosed <br />In the District Court of Hall County,Nebraska,and therefore,there is nothing left to be distri- <br />buted to the heirs -at -law, hereinbefore found by the Court. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA,) <br />SS.
