<br />That all of the claims against the said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />That the final report filed herein is true and correct in all things and the same ought to be ap-
<br />proved and allowed as and for his final report,said estate settled and closed,said administrator
<br />discharged and the sureties on his official bond released from any further liability in said
<br />matter.
<br />That there is no inheritance tax due Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all perisons having claims against
<br />the said estate,not filed within the time fixed by the court,if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred,excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against the estate,and
<br />that the final report herein be,and the same is hereby approved as and for his final report,said
<br />estate settled and closed,said administrator and his sureties on his official bong are hereby re-

<br />leased from any further liability in the said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Christina Scheibel,widow,and
<br />the said Edward Scheibel,a son,Elsie Minnie Scheibel,a daughter,Esther Emma Scheibel,a daughter,
<br />Rueben Alexander Scheibel,a son,and Lydia Chace,a daughter,shall take under and by virtue of the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska as the heirs of the said Alex Scheibel,deceased, and that they shall
<br />take their respective shares as provided in the above and hereinbefore_ set out paragraphs.

<br />NOW on this 23rd day of November,1939,this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the
<br />Final report of Paul B.Newell,Administrator of the Estate of Etta Durtschi,Deceased,together
<br />with his petition for the approval and allowance thereof,and the Court having examined the re-
<br />cords and files in said estate,finds that notice of the time and place of s &id hearing has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate,by publication of a notice as provided by law,
<br />that the said final report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed,
<br />said estate settled and closed and said administrator and his bondsmen discharged and released
<br />from any further liability in said matter.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all persons having claims against said es-
<br />tate,as provided by law,and said time having fully expired,all persons having claims against said
<br />estate, not filed within the time fixed by order of said court, if any such there be, should be for-
<br />ever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
